The current registration fee for 2009-2010 is $1195 and covers ten monthly Professional Development Programs (with lunch served) at Fort McNair, Washington, DC along with the cost to attend the TOC Annual Institute (training sessions, lodging, meals, and all Institute materials). The monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.

In addition, the Annual Distinguished Service Awards Banquet will be held in June at Ft McNair. TOC will recognize outstanding training professionals who have made significant contributions to the Federal training community in the field of human resource development. Scholarships also will be awarded to two outstanding Washington, DC public high school seniors interested in earning a college degree that leads to a career in education or human resource development.
